Booking your dream entertainment: What do you need to know?

How far in advance should you book? To secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons, we recommend booking 12-18 months ahead. However, don't hesitate to enquire about last-minute availability – we're always happy to help if we can!

Can you see us live? Absolutely! We love performing for a crowd. Do we travel? Yes, we're happy to bring the party to you, anywhere! Travel and accommodation costs will be factored into your custom quote.

What about packages and customisation? While every event is unique, we offer popular packages to give you a great starting point, alongside our bespoke package offers. And when it comes to music, our versatile bands and DJs play a wide range of genres, from classic hits to contemporary chart-toppers. We'll discuss your preferences to ensure the perfect vibe, but for a truly electrifying live show, we focus on tried-and-tested crowd-pleasers.

On the day: How do we ensure our performance goes without a hitch?

We handle the logistics so you can focus on enjoying your event. We typically arrive up to 4 hours prior to set up, requiring about 90 minutes for soundchecks to ensure everything looks and sounds perfect. For smaller, more self contained performers such as solo musicians, duos and solo singers, the setup is much quicker; they will typically arrive 90 minutes before their performance times. 

Venue versatility? Whether it's a grand marquee (with proper hardstanding for our drums!) or a venue with no existing equipment, we’re fully kitted out. We can bring our own PA, lighting rigs, and can even source a stage and generator if needed (additional fees may apply).

We do ask for food and soft drinks for our performers to keep their energy high, and we're always happy to coordinate with your venue regarding technical requirements, including sound limiters. Rest assured, we carry public liability insurance and have a network of trusted deputy musicians in the unlikely event of illness, ensuring your performance goes smoothly, no matter what.

Nitty gritty details: What do we need to perform at our best?

Our bands typically play two 1-hour sets with a short break, during which we can provide complimentary background music. Want a dedicated DJ? We can add that too! While we don't take requests on the night (we know what gets people dancing!), we’d be delighted to learn your first dance song with sufficient notice (3 months recommended). We’re also prepared for unexpected delays – we'll always do our best to fit around your schedule, though we will not play past midnight unless agreed upon at booking stages.

Contracts & fees: How do we keep it crytal clear from start to finish?

How much do we charge? Every event is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on your specific needs, band size, venue, and timings. Get in touch with us and let's craft the perfect package for your budget.

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the balancing payment due 14 days prior to your event. We also have clear policies on cancellations and postponements, especially for unforeseen circumstances, outlined in our contract. We believe in open communication every step of the way.
